Is chef-owner of  Tradita and is both partner at Tipperary Inn.

 

When we first opened our dream restaurant in March of 2004, our primary goal was to recreate “Made in Italy flavors” at a high standard of culinary and service excellence, while offering great value to the local community. Now over 16 years later, it is safe to say that we’ve succeeded.

Our Restaurants has brought a touch of Italian grace and charm to Solihull and enjoyed a success and patronage that is beyond our wildest dreams.

 

This is evident by the ever-returning clientele who have made our Restaurants their favourite place to dine. Our menu is as affordable as it is appealing, with a large selection of expertly crafted regional Italian specialties, all absolutely authentic and recreated by me and our Italian chefs. Our Restaurants are truly work of art.

COLD FINGER & FORK PARTY BUFFET MENUS

A selection of Cold Finger Buffet Menus including sandwich platters & a great choice of savouries that will keep your guests happy & well fed!

We also offer a range of mixed salad bowls, potato salad, coleslaw along with rice and pasta salads to make a fork buffet if you prefer.

AFTERNOON TEA PARTY BUFFET MENUS

A traditional selection of scones, served with clotted cream & jam, sandwich platters and mini cakes come together to create the perfect afternoon treat. 

To make it a more substantial option, you can add some savouries to keep even the hungriest satisfied!

CANAPÉ PARTY BUFFET MENUS

Canapé, also known as Tramezzini and Hors d’œuvre, can be served at any time – it does not have to be the traditional cocktail hour.

Light and stylish, these buffets are ideal for meetings, small gatherings, and parties of any kind.

PLOUGHMANS PARTY BUFFET MENUS

Based on a ploughmans style lunch, instead of sandwiches this buffet comes with crusty bread, cheese board & a meat platter plus all the salads, pickles & sauces you need. Topped up with some yummy savouries, these buffets are always a great hit!
